INFS examinations are conducted online, and these are multiple-choice question exams. Students will have to successfully pass two MCQ exams, one viva, and a 4-week internship called ‘Free Transformation Program’ (FTP) to obtain the certification. The FTP is a skill-based project, giving students hands-on client transformation experience. Through the internship, you learn how to apply your knowledge and use your skills for enhancing your client’s experience.
