Course Description

This course will help you approach Calisthenics from different aspects of fitness such as strength, power, endurance, body composition and skill. It will help you learn and incorporate calisthenics not only as a skill but also as a muscle building training technique.

This is an online course taught through video series which you can watch in your own time.
The course will be facilitated through three modules and you will have access to tutorial videos to help with your form, as well as forums for all your questions. Your instructors for the course will be Sheikh Nadir Siddiquee, Sheikh Najid Siddiquee, and Rahul Kumbhare.

Course Eligibility

Applicant should be 13+ years of age

Equipment Required (access to Pull-up Bar)

Commitment to exercise an hour for 5 days a week during the course

What’s Included As Part Of Your Course

Weekly Progression Videos

INFS will release progression videos on a weekly basis to define a path for you to achieve a certain skill by completion of the course. Follow these videos in chronological order to advance from beginner to intermediate level.

Quizzes and Course Assessments

The weekly progressions series will also include interactive Q&A and a scoring system to help you evaluate your progress.

Training Plan

You will receive a training plan which will include exercises from the progression series, focusing on various aspects of fitness like muscle, strength, power, and endurance. The plan will help you acquire the skill set that is required for advancing in the course.

Exercise Tutorial Videos

You will have access to exercise tutorial videos that are classified on the basis of muscle groups. These videos will help you learn the right form.

Online Discussion Forum

Throughout the program, you will have access to the forum where you can ask queries, get feedback on your form and share your progress. Simply post your questions on the forum and the faculty will get back to you with the answer.
